We have gotten three mortgages (2016, 2023, 2025) and worked with 4 or 5 banks/brokers (Citizens, Rocket, Philly MB, PenFed, and some other online ones). But nothing compares with the honesty, directness, simple explanations, landscape of options, and constant updating of these options that you get with Philly MB. Tom Fellenz is superb, professional, communicative, and always on your case. We got a rate that was 5/8 of a percentage point (sic) below our target rate, and yes we had to pay cash for points, but this rate was available and the points were cheap: they pay for themselves in 5.5 years.
