For reference, my husband and I are prior military, and have probably done at least 15 moves in our lifetime. The movers were extremely unprofessional, they took SO LONG (7+ hours) to move our stuff even though we PACKED OURSELVES beforehand. They seemed surprised at the amount of furniture we had even though I provided all of that information upfront? And they kept complaining about how we had "so much stuff" and "too much stuff." They didn't even bring a big enough truck so they LEFT STUFF AT OUR APARTMENT!! We now have to go back and move it ourselves?!? How insane is that?? And the whole time they talked about how hard they were working and kept bugging us about a tip. In our new house, they slammed our furniture on the ground and damaged our new floor, as the cherry on top. So horrible and stressful, use someone else please laziz & laziz These two people did an excellent job. I’m very grateful for their help. I don’t work very fast myself, but they were extremely careful, precise, and professional. They didn’t break anything, and there were no problems at all—everything went smoothly. Thank you very much to them!E and Z did an amazing job. Very professionalWas told it would take 7 hours by the movers RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BEGIN MOVING MY STUFF. This is because one of the two movers was a small boy who looked 18 years old at best. Both movers lifted my dresser and clearly looked concerned that they couldn’t do it. My 45 year old uncle, 56 year old uncle, and 54 year old father WITH PARKINSON’S DISEASE did it in 2.5 HOURS!!!!!!!!! If the company employed strong male employees it would not take 7 hours. Either they’re not capable of doing the work or the business just wants your money. So instead of paying $900 I just exhausted my family HAAAA how annoying. Worst Moving Experience Ever. Affairs with the move led to added costs, unexpected length, and damaged goods. I called them in advance of the move and provided an itemized list of items. When they arrived, they told me they didn’t have a big enough truck for all the items and that the move would cost more and take more time (or they would cancel the move). Left with no option, I agreed to the more expensive price to have the move completed when scheduled. Throughout the day, the movers were on their phones, moving incredibly slow, and not packaging things with care. My 75" tv that was packed in the box was damaged; screen is completely cracked. My computer monitors were not wrapped and the screens on those were scratched. What should have taken maybe 6 hours led to a 10+ hour day. Moreover, the movers demanded I give them each $200 in cash as a tip as soon as the day started - before they had even begun working. I would not hire them again.Bek and his team did a great job and completed the move quickly and professionally.Laziz team was friendly and supportive, and the work environment was professional and well-structured Management was fair and respectful which made the experience even better.Laziz team nice service and very quick
