Client Comments: 1.Will was absolutely excellent at securing me a storage unit. He was very efficient and the attention to detail was impressive. He was very clear in explaining the information including pricing, and the procedures to obtain keys. The prices offered were very affordable. He also explained the different storage insurance options and I appreciated his kind help. 2.Great customer service. Will pick up phone still at 11pm. Lease able to sign fast, think it was Troy that picked it up. Good stuff.3.Lester was extremely courteous and was professional as he explained everything clearly and answered all the questions I had.4.Will was resourceful.5.This would be a great experience if they could find me in the system. I signed, initial and paid for my unit that I could not get access to and then it was reissue to another customer?? The CSP at the facility was great trying to help me, but it all lies in the outcome when this issue is corrected. Funny I received this because no they could not find me in their system.6.Robin was awesome! The entire process was fast and painless. She was patient and answered all my questions! Thanks, Robin!7.Haven’t moved in yet but Marvin was great help on the phone8.Very good service!  Jackie was super attentive and patient throughout the whole process. Definitely, one of the best. I will keep coming.9. It could not have been worse if it tried. Walked in in middle of day to finalize my contracts (reserved online) and move stuff right in but the door was locked. Sign said open & another said just call this # and someone will be right there. I called but it was just the company’s general call center, not the actual location. Their own customer service repeated tried contacting the location SEVERAL times and could not get ahold of anyone onsite for over an hour. Me & my moving help both had to call out of work at this point just for someone to FINALLY appear in the office. Did they apologize at all whatsoever? Nope. Didn’t even bother making an excuse, was completely stoic and borderline unprofessional. I was kind nonetheless and went around to start moving my stuff in. The parking/unloading garage had a car w flat tires taking up half the spaces & inside there were no carts – despite there barely being anyone else there. The one thing I can say is the facility seemed clean especially compared to others I’ve been to. However today, on top of this ALL I am now being charged 2-3x what my monthly rate was showed to be when booking even negating discounts. I’m not a picky person, in fact, I prefer to let things slide and be understanding where I can but this genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any establishment ever… and my last storage had d!ad mice in my unit/boxes which says a lot.10.Thank you Zai for her assistance for getting my unit11.Customer service and entire experience has been abysmal12.Jackie - what can I say, she was the best part of the experience so far renting a storage space from Secure Storage! The facility itself had some shortcomings but she explained them all and even gave us some tips and tricks for the best move-in, move-out and pricing. One suggestion for the company is to ensure there is more than 1 person solo any day of the week. First for safety of all employees and customers. Two, so one can staff the office during office hours, and another person can help customers access their units. Also I would suggest a walkie-talkie system for them to reach someone ASAP if they are in different parts of the building. However, I would always ask for Jackie as she is an excellent representative for the company, and her passion for the storage industry was evident. One limiting factor that she would benefit from having addressed by management is the way she was unable to access discounts, comp codes when she is doing her level best to help us in real-time. It appeared from what she shared with me that she was limited quite often and needed to wait for the Manager to come in during the week to "adjust" things. If she's going to be solo during the weekend she needs more autonomy and perhaps a promotion to make sure the trust and accountability are available on both sides. I imagine the weekends are some of the busiest days at the facility. Trust your team, that they will do their best to represent you even at the busiest toughest times. That's when your rockstar team members will show up for you again and again. Jackie is for sure one of those team members! Thank you!13.Jacqueline at SecureSpace Self Storage provided outstanding customer service during my move-in process. She was professional, attentive, patient, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. She went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that everything was handled smoothly even when challenges arose that weee out of her control. Her personable attitude made what could have been a stressful day feel easy and seamless. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication highly recommend working with Jacqueline if you need storage assistance!14.Check out Jackie at Securespace in Graysferry Ave.15.Absolute nightmare! This place was unprofessional and the building was closed, and no one came to talk to me or tell me anything. I called the facility and they said there was nothing they could do. Mind you I had place a hold on this space in advanced! The manager showed his face one time and quickly went back into the building, and didn’t say anything to me. These place is beyond inconsiderate, however, they sure like to hurry up and ask you to put a down payment. I’m so glad I went with another storage company today. Secure space let me know how they operate and what they’re really all about! Never again! I pray to God that no one deals with this place!
