Negative customer review: I was a respondent in a Protection From Abuse (PFA) case. This law firm represented the plaintiff in two hearings. Attorney Mark Zimmerman was the firm's representative at the first hearing, where he was verbally aggressive and dismissive to the judge. At the second hearing, a different attorney from the same firm appeared, but her name was never disclosed. Both attorneys were aggressive and intimidating towards me, the respondent, who had absolutely no history of violent or abusive behavior. Were the firm's attorneys claiming to represent me, they should have treated me with more respect and dignity than they did; their treatment towards me during these hearings was nothing short of disrespectful and unprofessional. I was surprised by the way this lawyer acted, and I have a sneaking suspicion that the firm's PR firm is scuttling the firm's reputation with such behavior. It was obvious that the firm was not respectful and did not adhere to the values and judgements that I respected. Attorneys need their Licenses revoked, and this firm needs to pay fines and comply with the law that they so-call represent. I will never hire this firm to represent me, as their actions in court were terrifying and respectless.
