ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Customer Testimonials: 1. Whether you have experienced paralysis or amputation isn't an issue here. Do not bother contacting the office. The intake took forever to ask if I had an amputation or paralyzed. Regardless, the man was rude. Cuts you off while explaining how terrible the event is. Seek other legal representatives. 2. This man is a prosecutor and not a defense attorney. He does well with car accidents and DUIs from my studies. However, if you have more than that, don't waste your money. The promises were unrealizable, but they ended up taking a deposit for the services rendered. Retainers can now be repaid depending on how much work the lawyer has done on the client's case. However, the deposit was non-refundable, or at least he took the deposit and disappeared. A total of $200,000 was sent, and no services were rendered. He has the habit of making a promise and end up not fulfilling it. I recommend that you don't let him handle your case because it may end up in harsh sentences. Save your money and go to someone better and NEVER let a lawyer take a non-refundable deposit from you because it's just a trap. 3. James, our son-in-law, had been in a car accident that was not his fault. My husband was an attorney residing in Honesdale. He called on this firm because he wanted a sharp attorney who would handle the matter successfully. I recall he was talking about Melissa and her office. We contacted her office, and the baby kept us waiting for a short time. She gave us time and explained the procedure effectively. My husband has passed, and I am happy that he recommended this office. The staff gave attention to every issue no matter how small or big it was. 4. This too was misleading. The man was not honest in his dealings. Whether my husband was a lawyer in Honesdale, it was not an issue. What mattered was the services they were offering. My son-in-law has to spend many years in prison because he could not keep the promises that he made to us. The money that the attorney paid for the service was not returned to him. The baby said that the money would not be refunded because it was a non-refundable deposit. He does not care about the people he represents. He only cares about money. My husband passed, and he still feels guilty about the actions that the attorney took. The baby should either return the money that he was paid, or else he should make sure that the commitments are fulfilled. The baby was rude and was not giving us ample time to elaborate the situation on the ground. My husband regretted why he told me about this office. The staff was not genuine. 5. I have worked with this office. I was contented with the way they responded to my demands throughout the process. This man is a prosecutor and not a defense attorney. He looked at my charges as non-credible, but when the work came to be done, he said he could not handle the case. My husband had left a will that recommended this office. The baby did not keep the promise that he made for my fiance. We gave him an amount of money so that he could execute the services that were required. The money was used, but my fiancée did not receive the service. My fiance was jailed for a crime that he did not commit. All the evidence in the court proved that he was innocent. The prosecutor did not consider all the evidence that was in the court. My fiance is still in prison. Due to the poor services that were delivered to us, we will not use them. We were not satisfied with the services that we received from them. 6. Mister, it is not a defense attorney....
