Rating: One Star Mike Lester disappointed me leaving me to navigate an eviction hearing to go on my own, saying he has another hearing at the same time. Okay, whatever? He only contacted me by phone twice strongly suggesting I find some church or agency to fund me $1,000 to settle me to pay back rent. Again, whatever? I went down that so-called rabbit hole not so long ago just trying to find $200 to get the AC fixed and working in my apartment. Nope, no luck. I am now 70 years old and am willing to pay my back rent but I refuse to be bullied and intimidated by anyone, a real person as in a landlord or some AI management app or oh yes a collection agency! By the way, I have been abused and bullied everywhere I lived because of my two severe mental illnesses which Wellspan has neglected and abused for too many decades. No longer with them! Aside from calling and begging all these places for money which takes days on end, time I don't have, I have very many other major issues all to deal with at the same time. And I am doing it, alone, when so-called help keeps denying me any. This is not nor ever will be the world I grew up in, voted for for at least two decades, and of course the real kicker of faceless payment apps, agencies, and horrible threatening collection agencies. And Mike Lester has not many other options for me to handle this matter? And again, on my own? Due to his medical condition, a quote and request to know what documentation needed to be filed for consent to assist with finalizing his case, on his behalf, were requested multiple times. My husband spoke directly with the executive director of the firm, Michelle F, last week. To date, we have not received a reply or acknowledgement to our follow-up email. After my husband left a negative review, he was sent a bill on my father’s behalf, for a consultation that never occurred. This firm breached my father’s confidentiality and falsified records using my husband’s personal data. My father is in grave condition, that has significantly worsened over the time we have been in communication with this firm. As a C-level executive and geriatric medical provider respectively, my husband and I are astounded at the unprofessionalism blatant disregard, and unethical practices we have experienced. Timing is prudent in this delicate case. If another represenative of this firm is able and willing to assist in resolving this matter by finalizing my father’s urgent paperwork as soon as possible, my husband and I will remove our reviews. Failure to resolve this will result in filing formal complaints with the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Fee Dispute Resolution Program and the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Rating: One Star Secretary was extremely rude. Hung up on me abruptly after telling me to seek more local representation. That in itself would've been fine if she didn't have an extremely off-putting tone about it. Rating: Five Stars MPL’s firm settled my dispute with my old business partner and I quickly and amicably, while giving me regular updates with the process the entire time. William and James got me exactly what I needed done, were extremely communicative, and were very fairly priced as far as compensation is concerned.
