The first lawyer on my case didnt prepare at all. He told the other lawyer I didnt want custody? He was half wrong! Another lawyer got my case settled, I mostly got what I want but then they didn't file themselves. I would call and they would not respond for months. I had to set an appointment just to get a call back. Then was told my paperis would be filed wen I paid an additional $50 so the court would get them. Now one year has past and my ex has still not been garnished. Ron Bonin has said the court will start garnishing at the end of March so hopefully it happens but we shall see. 4. Not sure Ron Bonin even exists. Will take a phone consultation with you, convince you that he will help you with your case then once you pay him and sign the contract you will never ever meet him in person nor speak to him on the phone again. You will get assigned a different lawyer every other week who knows nothing about your case. Nothing will get accomplished for months on end. Once they have you money they just string you along doing absolutely nothing at all. Court dates get postponed the night before again & again with no phone call or explanation as to why. You are never allowed to contact your lawyer, who again changes weekly, directly. You can only call the office and talk to the receptionist who relays your message. You usually do not get a call back from your lawyer until the day before the court date, which again is usually cancelled. 10 mos later, 7 cancelled court dates, literally nothing accomplished from this firm & have not ever spoken to Ron Bonin one time since handing him a check for 5K. Really do not know how this guy has not lost his license to practice law. He is a scam artist. I assume any positive reviews were done by family, friends or people he paid to write them.
Do not, under any circumstances, hire this law firm. The only time ypu will ever speak to Rin is via phone for the initial consultation where he will tell you he will assist you, take you money & then you will never, & I mean never be able to speak with him personally again. You will then be passed off to incompetent lawyer after lawyer that you will not ever be informed of until the day before your court hearing which will most likely be cancelled again & again. Paid this firm 5K for my sister in law to get a divorce back in July. It is now 9 mos. later & 3 lawyers assigned to her have left the firm, most likely because they realized it is a scam practice, & court dates have been cancelled 7 times now. They have allowed her spouses partner l, after 40 years of marriage to leave her penniless, locked out of her home, without her belongings, including her car, cancelled health insurance. They have done absolutely nothing. You are not allowed any direct access to your lawyer. If you call, you can only speak to the secretary who answers the phones, who will rely the message to your lawyer, who usually does not return your call. You only get a call the day before your hearing which again is usually with a new lawyer who knows nothing about your case because they were just handed it 5 min before the meeting or they have left this horrible scam of a firm. Will definitely be looking in reporting this firm for fraudulent practices. Do Not Hire!!!!!
