David is her lawyer and he is terrible. The only time I hear from him is if I call to check on her case. He was able to come to a settlement with the driver who was at fault insurance around September of 2023. Because the amount of insurance was low he also wanted go after the insurance of the car my daughter was in once the fist part of the case was settled. I called David in the summer of 2024 to follow up because he doesn't reach out to me at all. He told me he didn't start contacting the second company because he forgot. It's 4 months away from 6 years that David has been work on this case and I have zero confidants it will be settled anytime soon. The one thing I can say with confidence is he will take his full fee.
