Gentlemen, Epps & Epps LLC Customer feedback summary: 1. Divorce trial consult. Emily the 15 yr paralegal started barking at me like I was suing them! It's not the information I received in such a harsh manner but the lack of professionalism that any business or potential client should put up with. Emily your client or potential client skills suck and im sure you are not ashamed but you should be! You put more hurt on top of the hurt I already had. There is a reason they have a fence around it...stay out, go somewhere else where they treat like a human being! I'm a very realistic person but this person saying she was just being realistic isn't an excuse to treat someone with disrespect and a vile attitude 2. Divorce trial consult. The best Team I’ve seen in a long time, and I normally deal with Federal Lawyers in the District of Columbia, so that is a bold statement From Chris, the secretary to the rest of the front office, the “silent heroes” the 454 engines that keep the firm in 1st place Chris was exceptional. She stayed on top of me getting the proper documents that were required from New Jersey Probate Court due to my Fathers sister complete disregard of my Fathers last Will & Testament and took it upon herself to block me and my sister from my father’s dying wish to make sure his only children were taken care of. She blocked us and said never cell her again. But revenge is in the hands of the creator. I am just thankful that I am able to take care of my mother who is up there in age and be the best son possible to her. By attaining my driver license I am able to do that. Thank you Epps Jr. Esquire, I am beyond grateful for your professionalism & precision. I will recommend all of my family to you as well as my extended family (friends) which extend from New Jersey to Florida and every state in between on the East Coast with the exemption of Delaware. I used them because they were recommended by family member. Family member has experienced some of the same problem was not helpful in guiding through the divorce. Thankfully, I knew some of what I needed and what I wanted Requested several times to speak to my lawyer. Never return phone calls. Ask for an itemized copy of the bill.Have yet to see it 8. Samantha Nelson is an awful Guardian! She was extremely unprofessional and degrading. She had a very nasty attitude whenever I had to communicate with her. She stated false information to the mediator that I was able to disprove. If she really cared about the children she was representing she would be honest and not allow her personal issues with people to interfere with the livelihood of the children!!!! 10. Samantha Nelson is an awful Guardian! She was extremely unprofessional and degrading. She had a very nasty attitude whenever I had to communicate with her. She stated false information to the mediator that I was able to disprove. If she really cared about the children she was representing she would be honest and not allow her personal issues with people to interfere with the livelihood of the children!!!! 11. Samantha Nelson is a joke for a guardian at liem. I would not recommend her to anyone. I won custody of my son years ago against her and now she still being unprofessional and not stating the facts in court. But it is okay because the truth will come out. 12. They made a terrible time in my life much better 13. Used Mr Epps to get the deed to my land and title to my house and I was appalled at how much he was not prepared! I guess he had so much going on that my case wasn’t a priority but we totally lost and now I’m Out of a place to call home while mr Epps gets to go home to his family tonight and my son and grandson and myself have no where to call home right now! Thanks Mr Norman Epps for nothing but taking my money so I’m out a home and money !!! 14. Norman and his family are really great people. I would highly recommend using Epps & Nelson Epps for your legal needs. 15. Norman is by far one of the best lawyers you could ask for, EVER. I wish I could find the words to describe my gratitude for him and all the work he put into my case. He is involved in every case he does and truly cares.
