Ok so here’s my second review and the reason why I’m doing a second one is because I was asked to remove the first one when Derrick called me to “check on me” and I never should have because it spoke the truth. Trying to tell me he’s sorry for what I endured and he was gonna try to get me what I deserved. Hahaha. So on 12/1/24 I was rearended. The gentleman that came to my home was wonderful due to he was a retired police officer. He took my affidavit and told me someone from the office will contact and they did and the person who handling my case front your office was TERRIBLE!! communication was awful, excuses after excuses why he didn’t reach out to me!! His secretary or what ever you wanna call her don’t get me the right care I needed. I asked for a specific physical therapy that I wanted because that’s where you sent me in 2018 when you had my accident and she was trying to send me way out in Spartanburg. Then she tried to set me up with some urgent care in Anderson before I could get the physical therapy in powdersville and I told her the hours she tried to make me go I couldn’t do it due to work and I told her like 4 times where I wanted to go do PT!! . I waited and waited and got no where!! Every time I called the office I got excuses after excuses and NO ONE CALLED ME TO TELL ME THAT MY LAYWER WAS OUT FOR 6 WEEKS DUE TO HIS WIFE WAS HAVING A BABY!?!? My case went nowhere!!!! I finally said the heck with it!! I took my losses, got a lousy check for 1600.00. I still have a messed up neck and back all because I couldn’t get anyone to help me!!! I felt like I was sorta threaten to take down my first review because it looked bad on ya’ll. Mr. Sink, nothing against you but you really need to look into your attorneys and their cases. The first attorney I had in 2018 was fantastic. He called me every week, he checked on me, kept me updated and even got me to the right doctors and everything. Next time I’ll use hawk law. Maybe just maybe they will show compassion and won’t give me any run arounds. Don’t bother to call me or email me saying you’re sorry for the terrible experience I got from your staff. I don’t wanna hear it!! 4.
