Holland Law LLC Customer feedback summary: User 1: I used him for a custody agreement and fully regret it. Communication is non-existent and does NOT fight for your full rights. A different lawyer is highly recommended. User 2: If your goal is to lose, then this is the lawyer for you. His office is a complete mess, and the staff is highly disorganized. During my time working with him, he switched paralegals three times, and it was clear that his team didn't stick around for long. It felt like they were just as lost as his clients. After 2 years of frustration, I decided to hire another firm to finalize and close my case. In just two months, they managed to get everything wrapped up, something this lawyer couldn’t do in all the time I wasted. I honestly regret not going to the other firm from the start—it would have saved me so much time, money, and stress. User 3: Rude staff pick up the phone and hang up User 4: Mr Holland took my case and my retainer and dropped off the face of the earth. I’ve called, emailed and messaged through a client portal repeatedly with no result. This has dragged on for close to two years. I’ve moved on to filing a complaint with the SC Bar because I can’t get anywhere with him, and he has my money. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. User 5: I had a great experience with Tom Holland as a diligent and responsive divorce attorney where I was separating myself from a toxic/disordered marriage. We were able to close it all out as the plaintiff and got the result we desired. I would highly recommend him and his firm. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous User 6: Tom and his staff are awesome, they have helped in so many ways in my time of need User 7: Tom is easy to talk to and has been in the business forever. He did a great job of drafting my divorce agreement and custody agreement. Highly recommend. User 8: I had a consultation with Tom about my child custody and possible divorce. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about issues surrounding my situation. Tom and I emailed back and forth for a couple of weeks as I encountered more issues and more questions. Unfortunately an issue came up that was outside of his scope due to parties being in different states but he pointed me in the direction of a fellow attorney that could help me. I wish things had been different as I was looking forward to working with him; however, I would definitely reach out to him in the future if needed.
