After review he told me he couldn't continue with my case and gave me the reasons. I told him the only way his expert could have come to her conclusions were if my records were falsified. After three years involving the attorney general ombudsman and finally the governor's office they discovered that my medical records were correct and Dan's medical expert was wrong.
