Dentist in Greenville customer feedback review: Great experience here on march 31st . Didn’t feel judged at all like past dental places. .no lectures , they just got me on a care plan and went right to work. Had a deep clean and 3 fillings . Worked with my insurance prior authorizations and then whole treatment was done in about an hour. No discomfort the next day and now I got one less thing to worry about. Dentist was super friendly and reassuring . Younger Spanish girl who got me setup in the room was very friendly and caring . Not a single complains there. So far so good I have a appointment between 3 and 4 and yes they take Medicaid the only yes after 13 calls. I have a cracked tooth, that fully broke on me earlier this week. I decided to try to get this handled and found this office online stating they except Medicaid. Perfect. I rearranged my work schedule with a coworker yesterday, and was able to get put on a later shift for today and I could make this appointment and get my tooth fixed today. My appointment was scheduled for 8am as of noon yesterday. I have been sitting in this parking lot since 7:30am. It is now 8:20 am. The doors are locked, lights are off, no one in the office. I called. No answer. To then receive a text telling me my appointment was cancelled! So now I have to try and find another clinic that can hopefully get me in today and done before I have to go into work, or I have to try to rearrange my schedule for another day this week. My time is waisted, and I look bad at work trying to rearrange my schedule again. This is unprofessional. No one is in the office during my appointment and then I’m gonna get a text saying it’s cancelled 20 minutes after! I’ve been sitting here for almost an hour. I had a very disappointing experience at the dental office located at 4 Market Point Drive in Greenville on March 3, 2026. I scheduled a routine cleaning appointment at 4:00 PM and arrived before my appointment time. After completing paperwork containing sensitive personal information (driver’s license, insurance card, etc.), I waited more than 20 minutes before being seen. X-rays were taken and the dentist briefly examined my teeth and said everything looked fine except that I might need partial implants. After the dentist left, another staff member came in with a folder and began explaining implant procedures. I clearly stated that I was not interested in implants and only came for the cleaning I scheduled. Instead of respecting my decision, the staff member became aggressive and disrespectful, insisting that I listen to him and stop interrupting. I was then told that the hygienist had already left and that I would need to come back another day for the cleaning, which makes no sense since that was the appointment I scheduled. When I questioned this, the staff member became confrontational and ultimately told me to leave the office. This type of treatment toward a patient is unacceptable. I am also concerned about how my personal information and identification documents were handled during this visit. I will be filing a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities. Dr. Jay && Mika are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THEM BOTH. The dental assistant Shemica is really nice and Dr.Jay was really helpful with explaining to me and really nice im glad in office the dental office everyone there was friendly and nice. Extremely unorganized office. I had X-rays done and requested the same day that they be sent to another provider for an appointment the following day. They assured me it would be handled. It was not sent. I arrived during listed business hours and the office was closed with no notice, and they rarely answer the phone. This is especially frustrating for Medicaid patients who can only receive one covered X-ray per year. Very disappointing experience.” Extremely unorganized office. I had X-rays done and requested the same day that they be sent to another provider for an appointment the following day. They assured me it would be handled. It was not sent. I arrived during listed business hours and the office was closed with no notice, and they rarely answer the phone. Verified coverage then and the they also verified again the day of. Went in for a routine cleaning (covered). Received a bill notification a few days later for balance owed, so of course I called. I spoke to Alex in the billing department who stated I have no balance due showing in there system. He seemed extremely helpful. Stated if I received any other correspondence from the office he’d make sure it was taken care of. Well today I received a text from them for a completely different balance. When I called, it wasn’t a professional greeting just “hello” so I confirmed business details. The Lady nervously confirmed and then I asked to dish to Alex, she said she was Alex. Although o know she was not, I began explaining the reason for my call, she hung up. Called back because surely something happened number blocked. I call from a different number a guy answers the phone. I again confirm business and ask to speak to Alex, he says he’s Alex. Now I’m uncomfortable. So o called the office number on Google of course there’s an answering service, asked to be transferred to billing the lady answers I asked if Alex was in she said yes. I can’t speak to Alex though. I said well he gave me his name and number to call regarding this matter. So now she wants all my personal information. I gave my phone number as asked she asked for more apparently she can’t pull it up… but Alex did. Whose apparently shape shifts. Very sketchy business, “Dr.” Moriah is sketchy. I highly do not recommend Dentist of Greenville. All of their information online is incorrect. Worst dentist experience I’ve ever had in my life and I love going to the dentist. Find somewhere else to go. The front desk helped with financing for my root canal and in the back they were very patient and loved the dentist. Great place. Very nice staff. Explained everything thoroughly and tried their best to find a payment plan for the work I need. Unfortunately I just can’t afford it. Dr. Sandhu is terrible and has no business working with special needs individuals!! My daughter came in to have fillings done. She didn’t come to be judged, lectured, or scolded!!! Dr. Sandu was not kind or caring. She sent my daughter into a full blown anxiety attack! The front desk staff is wonderdul….however…we will NEVER be back and we will spread the word to other every chance we have! Great Experience And I Hate Going To The Dentist…..Highly Recommend. Clinic smelled weird, staff was not very inviting, had to wait almost two hours before they could get my meds to the pharmacy. (I was In a lot of pain) I never had a tooth pulled and they never gave me the option of being put to sleep even though it took extra effort to remove my teeth. Part of my chin is still numb after the procedure which was three weeks ago! Never coming back!
