Overall Customer Feedback: Summers Orthodontics Customers provided positive feedback regarding the office environment and the orthodontic services offered. They were very pleased with the professional and comprehensive staff and the excellent work they undertook. The customers hope that their children will not need braces, but if they do, they will visit Summers Ortho. Additionally, the staff responded to questions thoroughly, showing excellent patience. The friendly and professional staff answered all the questions about the orthodontic procedures. The Summers Orthodontics office was impressive and inviting, with staff who were knowledgeable about the clinical procedures. Full explanation with the photos in color 3-d of the teeth; a referral to the oral surgeon will be needed, when we have a plan in place, we will likely move forward. Our son had a difficult problem and will need jaw surgery, so he was in 2nd grade then went to 7th and we had to switch orthodontists after the original retired, and the new one could never get his smile right. It is a difficult case. The transition to this new orthodontist was the best for him. He even told Dr. Summers 1.5 years ago that he hated his smile. We are so pleased with the results (Anonymous, 2019). Summarily, Summers Orthodontics was a top-notch office. The environment was modern. My son will need jaw surgery in the future. We did 2 phases with this place. We did phase 1 when he was in 2nd grade, and the second phase in 7th grade. The 2nd phase team we had to use a new orthodontist; when we had a consultation with an oral surgeon, we had a plan in place. A tough case and a tough job to find a new orthodontist. When we were referred here, we were happy with the environment of the office; all staff seemed knowledgeable of the clinical procedures, the braces. I was very pleased with every visit. We got full explanation with pictures in color 3-d of the teeth. Also we needed some other work done (Anonymous, 2019). Additionally, the orthodontic office was state of the art. There were lots of things to do while I waited. It was enjoyable for my child and me as a parent. The two dedicated staff helped and encouraged him. The office was impressive with a welcoming atmosphere and the use of new technology to provide orthodontic services. The office staff was friendly and patient and assisted my son in feeling more comfortable during the appointment. The customer made a few criticisms about the office. The customer praised the office environment because the office was state of the art, and there were lots of things for my child while I waited. . . . Amazing Office!! They have a very detailed process that they go through in order to ensure that you are getting the best care for your child. The only part that I did not like about this office was that after the first few appointments there was no communication with the parents about the child's plan. Conclusion Summers Orthodontics office was excellent in providing orthodontic services. It used modern technology to offer orthodontic services. The environment was also modern and state of the art. The office staff was friendly and patient. They made my son feel relaxed and comfortable during the appointment. I am satisfied with the office services provided.
