Morgan & Morgan Feedback Summary: One story gray home old home two decks 6 rooms one floor. Great service quick & fast response. They charged me a fee, and then I said I can not take the case after payment; may I have a refund? What a great experience. I'm my opinion Nikeia was the worst part of it she came off rude and demanding. Asked for things that were not a thing. I should have been resting and I felt like they were sharks at a blood fest. The attorney who claimed would contact never contacted me at all. A week and couldn't trouble an introduction of the process. They claimed my vehicle was not damaged enough. Useless, unless you probably need them for a car accident claim or something. Great people. Dealing with Anthony at Morgan & Morgan was so easy. He was so helpful and truly cared! I would recommend Morgan and Morgan to anyone. So far, so good. Very easy to sign up with considering I'm not so good at electronic stuff. Thanks! Just called, was greeted and asked for brief description as to the reason I was calling. I have had a scam company calling me upwards of 10 times a day for about 6 months. The man said, “let me check if we accept these kinds of cases” and put me on hold. When he came back, “ma’am, I’m gonna send you a link to our questionnaire, after you answer that, someone will call you within 5 minutes.” I repeatedly told him I didn’t think it’s necessary or smart to give all my information out to another company that's just going to use it for marketing purposes, and a simple yes or no we don’t take scam calls cases was what I needed. Without that, he can’t answer if the attorneys he works for can practice that kind of law. He sounded juvenile and dumb as hell. At least lie well! From what I’ve heard, my case has the potential to be a good. Great experience. The case review and acceptance process was quick. Very impressed and thank you M&M! Great experience. They help me when I didn't know what to do. Thoughtful and helpful.
