He has worked hard with me at getting those extra pounds off. Center is located in a great location. The classes are just long enough. Troy led me in movement and rep work, keeping me interested and excited about the next session. He was so encouraging throughout every workout session, and I always felt more confident in my abilities by the time we were done. I feel better about myself and owe that to Troy!2. I just started with Troy 6-week boot camp program and every work out has been off the chain! He is so clean in the way it looks, feels, and smells. Troy took me under his wing immediately and hasn’t looked back. By taking great care in ensuring his clients receive the proper amount of encouragement, support, and workout, you are guaranteed to reach your goal. He makes sure that every exercise is done with proper form, explains why each movement matters, and adjusts my workout every session!
