SureFlow Roofing Feedback Overview: The communication was far better than other roofers I have worked with in the area. The quality of the roof itself, especially the time spent on the tricky parts and getting it right, and coming back a second time to ensure it was done well rather than rushing before the bad weather came. For the premium you charge over other quotes, it would have been nice for a little more care to be taken to not damage the landscaping. Two of my young azaleas had half their branches completely broken off and some delicate perennials that I had even pre-caged were trampled over. I also had to do a fair bit of cleanup myself, collecting about a half a trash bag full of debris from around the house. 1. Dustin Burns did a roof inspection and everything checked out great. Sureflow does an excellent job at the details. The underlayment is done well with heavy duty ice and water shield in the valleys. They also properly do an extra course of starter shingles and edges. I am very happy with the corrections that the last tech came out here and done. I do not remember his name, but he found that my gutters were not fastened correctly, which is why it fell. I have a large shed under some trees that sustained damage from branches falling and water damage. Sure flow Roofing repaired the damage and replaced the shingles. They did a nice job and cleaned up well. 10. SureFlow did a great job replacing my gutters! Todd showed up on time and was very helpful in explaining the process. The price was reasonable. The crew came exactly when they said that they would. They had to replace some rotten wood work and put new gutters all around the house but it only took them a few hours. They cleaned up afterwards and even pulled down some vines that were in the way. I was very, very impressed with SureFlow. 11. Great from start to finish. Salesman explained the process, materials, and warranty, then made another trip with samples for us to choose from. The installation team did an excellent job and cleaned up all the construction debris so you would never know they were there. I would recommend Sure Flow Roofing & Gutters for any roofing jobs anyone needs to have done! 12. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from SureFlow Gutters and Roofing. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I had a caps of my gutters in need of repair, and their team handled it with true expertise. SureFlow installed new gutters on my garage, covered patio and front porch on May 29, 2025. I was extremely impressed from the day of estimate to the project completion. I retained SureFlow again this December. This time the crew cleaned all of the gutters on my house and garage. I found the crew to be as professional and efficient as in May. I now consider SureFlow to be part of my 'maintenance team'. I highly recommend SureFlow. 14. They did an excellent job. Very friendly and open about everything they were doing. I have 1 very small spot (a little bigger than a quarter) on the under side of the gutter facing down at my porch where the paint has been scrapped off some how or another. Out of everything and that 1 tiny spot that's bad; yea I'm over joyed. Amazing price, they are very busy, true to their word on what was going to happen and when. Great job guys!!!! Thanks so much. The gutters look beautiful on the home. (Don't mind the mud on the bricks yall. Summer project is what that is. Lol)
