I was in contact with them all over a 4 year period and anytime I went to court Andrea always made sure I was comfortable and made me feel like I had a family member by my side in the court room. I appreciate all the efforts they put into my SSI case. If I ever need their services again I won't hesitate to contact or recommend them. The SSI system unfortunately is very flawed. With me being a medically retired 100% Permanent and Totally disabled veteran I thought SSI would be a no brainer. Unfortunately, it was not and I needed their help. I truly believe nobody could have helped me more than they did and although ultimately it is moving to federal court they did everything to make sure deadlines were met and all my evidence was presented. Again, I truly appreciate Andrea and her team and would gladly use them again! 14. My wife and I are very pleased with Andrea Farmer and her Legal Assistant Katrina. At all times we were kept informed of the legal process of our case. Our phone calls and e-mails were always returned and questions answered in a timely manner. They were always friendly and professional. These two ladies make a great team!! 15. I have had multiple situations in my life from a minor traffic ticket to major legal situations. All of these situations seemed devastating to me. But after spending 5 to 10 minutes with a lawyer at Farmer and Morris, my situations seemed simple. Even when I first walked into the office, the atmosphere was so calm that I felt that “everything was going to be alright.” I also had responsibility for my elderly mother who had legal issues she needed help with. Caleb Farmer explained everything to my mother and me in terms that we could easily understand. Gabrielle Valentine and Hannah Davies also have gone “out of their way” to help my mother and me. Mark Morris was another lawyer at the law firm that was extremely helpful. Every one was very attentive, very knowledgeable and very personable. Also, if time is a factor for you, the service and efficiency at this law firm is excellent. They always responded immediately to any of my needs or concerns. The lawyers are truly concerned about helping you. They care about people’s lives.
