What Customers Say About King Law AI-Driven Services With Little Regard for Humans This company has a high reliance on AI. This outwardly seems like lack of concern for their customer. All the problems associated with AI would be your place. From the AI answering service, setting appointments with AI, and AI follow up, they got the city wrong, they got the state wrong, and they got the time wrong. A lack of human intervention personally would keep me from doing business with this or any business that does not value the importance of human integration. Friendly great people, very disappointed, i fully believe the communication is NOT THERE, and when you call them, or they call you, you get charged for speaking to your lawyer, Wouldn't recommend them at all. Inconsistent Care, Not Worth the Fees Responsive and fast, but representation and business practices were mediocre and too expensive. Don’t Trust Them with Your Life Do not hire this firm. I chose them mainly because they offered financing options, but that was a mistake. They failed to properly represent me in court. They sent an inexperienced, first-time attorney who did not challenge the opposing side and effectively agreed to their terms without advocating for me. They also advised me to remove critical information from my affidavit, which seriously harmed my case. As a result, I lost my car, my home, and custody of my children, and I was ordered to pay alimony and my ex-spouse’s attorney fees. I trusted this firm to protect my interests, and instead their poor guidance and lack of advocacy caused devastating consequences. Undisclosed Charges and Incompetent Representation Responsive and fast, but representation and business practices were mediocre and too expensive. Memory Lane Very Friendly, very accommodating, knowledgeable and straightforward. I am very satisfied with the plan that was put down for me and will be using them for all my legal needs. Grim Reality That was all the good stuff. After the fee starts rolling in, THEN you'll see the real KING LAW. From some in the office to the attorney's it was completely disorganized and unprofessional. I was charged time for every call or email. What lawyer charges you for an email? or phone call? As he is the type of person who knows how to explain the process and what it means to ensure that you can agree or at least understand what is happening. The meeting was relatively expensive but understandable since that’s what law firms are about. The fees were straightforward, Bob got what I needed plenty of cheaper and complete services and was always kind and willing to answer any questions promptly. It was a very quick and efficient process. His words may be few and far between but they are always professional.
