Matthew Shealy did absolutely nothing for me. I had to call him repeatedly to talk to him. He didn’t return calls or respond to my emails. I’ve requested a meeting with him and he has yet to respond. When I told him I didn’t trust him to represent me and I wanted a refund, he had the receptionist write me a check for $500.00. I have a contract stating that I would be refunded all or part of my money according to what had been done on my case. Matthew filed a discovery motion and nothing else in over two years. He can keep $500.00, but he needs to refund me the remainder because he’s done absolutely NOTHING for me. I gave him everything he needed to prove my case. That motion wasn’t thousands of dollars, and I requested a meeting regarding this. He had nowhere to run, as he continued to ignore my text messages and calls and emails, and I am going to exercise them. Matthew Shealy is a rude, disrespectful joke of an attorney, and God is going to deal with him just like he’s going to deal with all the other individuals involved in the mess they’ve created. I got my disability just by going to court without the need for PTI. I mean I was willing to put up with his excuse for a lack of a good defense, but wanting me to willingly take PTI for something he knew he could beat, makes it clear that he doesn’t have my best interest in mind, and that he was indeed working for the corrupt system called the legal/justice system, and not the individual.
