Secondly, when our leasing office reached out to Bangs McCullen to clear up a lease provision that was inconspicuous, Bangs McCullen's attorneys responded critically, did not clear the unclear language up, and recommended that our leasing office pursue me for attorney's fees for even asking the question (which they did not do). They even offered to file suit. Maybe their staff treats you like a person if you promised revenue, but if you're a third party or the adversary, expect them to turn up the heat and escalate disputes. 8.
