When I found out about it and called to check what was the matter, there was no answer from the shipper. When I asked for an answer, they told me I was going to be put on the freightguard board. That is an abuse of the carrier, and as fellow carriers, we should not be left under such circumstances. Beware of them; they just repeat payments. They are a fly by night brokerage that keeps reapplying every year under a different name. 2. Abusive towards carriers. We move loads for UTS out of PA. They do not pay details as agreed on the Ratecon. I must say that, having done this for quite some time, the only payment has been raised from $3 to $5. Another issue from the drivers they operate that are very reckless and dangerous on our highways. This is not right; too many people’s lives are in danger from reckless behavior from operators on these roads.
