Been trying for a few days to get in contact with a human being. All I get is a link to their "portal" and I see my own messages, begging for someone to contact me back. This firm has been referred to me by MetLife Legal plan. They don't answer, they don't have a human reaching back out. They must not need my money. I will find someone else. So tired of folks who want to get your money before even communicating with you. Don't use this business, unless you are forced to leave reviews like this. UGH! 4.
