Morgan & Morgan Customer Feedback Summary Morgan & Morgan got back to me immediately and was very attentive and quick to respond to all my inquiries. They explained everything to me clearly and we are on our way to getting the help we deserve. This helped with my first impression. There very friendly and helpful too. There is one thing I don't like about Morgan & Morgan that is when I called they say they are here to help you no matter what your issue is. but when they find out what you got going on, they always find something that they wouldn’t take on your case. so basically they don't live up to what they say. I’ve called this group, they are absolutely no help whatsoever. The lady who answered the phone seemed annoyed just by me calling. She said they could not help me - figures - and she referred me to the state bar; however, the website she sent me to was for Texas broadcasting…no I don’t recommend this group based solely on the rudeness of the employee and misinformation. It seems they’re just good at advertising. Highly recommend, these people are very understanding and professional. If you're injured please contact Morgan and Morgan this is the best team to win your case. Great people I feel much better talking to them and know I'm in good hands and I believe everything will be ok. ZACH was nice and cordial and explain to me about parts of the document I didn't know or understand. He explain how they operate and when they where going to reach out to me. Nice and pleasant Just another update review after my last. Someone above my lawyer contacted her and had her reach out to me within hours. They sent demands and also she gave me her personal number to reach out to in March. I did, a wouldn’t you know not a single peep. Mind you the wreck I was in was in November 2023. I can still only use my left arm half the day without pain and clicking in my shoulder. I call Morgan and Morgan to speak with someone directly above Nancy Anderson but they just transfer me to Randi Townsend who is her paralegal. They don’t answer and I’ve stopped leaving messages because they don’t respond. It seems the only way I can get anyone’s attention is by leaving bad reviews with a better personal injury law firm that handles their cases quickly in the review. I got in a wreck May 2024 and got the payout for that in March 2025 because I decided to hire Ali Awad Law Firm instead.
