I hired this company to load a truck I rented and drove across the country, because a full move by a moving company was a bit beyond my budget. Actually it was this company that offered to load my truck because he understood that his quote was beyond my budget. Also because of all the 5 star reviews. Whether I hired them to complete the entire move or just load a truck, you would expect the same level of professionalism and quality of work regardless of what the job required. Clearly, this did not happen. When I arrived at my destination I encountered many scuffed and damaged pieces. Some of which may or may not be repairable. No use getting into the nitty gritty details, because the owners response to my letter and pictures was as expected. He all but admitted that had we used them for the complete move this wouldn't have happened. His blankets would have protected my furniture better than the U-Haul blankets (which by the way he said to get 2 dozen, I got 3 dozen), his truck had 100 sq ft of more area vs. the 26' truck I rented based on his recommendation I still had to leave many pieces of furniture behind. So be very careful when considering this company.
