We value customer feedback because we know it helps us grow as a business. Feedback from the audience: 1. I had a fine experience here. The one thing I did not like was the cost that came at the end of the cleaning. Other than the surprise cost, everything was perfect. 2. Maddie is the best. 3. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. It was an overall pleasant experience. Madi did all my exrays and made sure I understood everything and went over my treatment plan. She was very good at explaining each procedure as it happened. The dentist was very polite and informative. The staff member that explained everything sat me down and went over all the procedures and cost and I left feeling well informed and assured about my treatment plan moving forward. Thank you Hillcrest Dental. 4. Maggie was great. She did a fantastic job with everything. I highly recommend this place. 5. Best ever! 6. I called their office with pain and they got me in the next day. Andy the assistant at the desk was amazing and kept me informed with everything. Doctor O did my procedure and was amazing as well. Thank you guys! 7. We are new to the area and needed a new Dental group and I can't say enough on how we loved this place. What a well-run office with the kindest front office and the most personable and professional team. Madie was my Hygentists and she was just fantastic. Not only did she help calm me down and ensure my comfort during the exams and treatments but she also explained everything she was doing and came up with suggestions and a future plan for home treatment. Dr. O also did a great job of explaining what was happening with my previous bad root canals and what needed to happen to fix the problem but didn't pressure me.
