Customer Feedback Summary 1. Very nice people and they get job done 2. This is my second vehicle in 2 weeks and they did a phenomenal job on both vehicles. I have been using Island detail for a long time and have never been disappointed. 3. Fantastic job. Special thanks to the staff. I highly recommend this place. My car that they detailed and cleaned was like a new car. Thank you I will be back. 4. Final Edit: I just picked up my truck from being redone. It was hands down a much better job. There was no oil left on the rims. The engine compartment was so much better. The wheel wells were cleaned. There was also no polish left in the door jams. The owner’s quick response and wanting to make it right says a lot about the business that he runs. It is very hard to find a place that will clean the undercarriage of a Dually. I will definitely be using them again for future detailing. The last 2 photos are the updated ones. Edit: The owner has reached out and I have scheduled a new appointment to have the truck redone. He was very apologetic and wants to make it right. I will update this post after my new appointment. Just picked up my truck and paid $500 for their top package. I am not impressed. There is wax or polish in every door frame. The wheel wells are still completely full of dirt. The rims still have dirt all around them. It is just soaked in whatever oily polish substance they use to keep it shiny. They didn’t even fully clean the bed cover. The package also includes the engine compartment and that looks like they barely touched it. I guess they are about quantity and not quality. A 9 hour package only took 3.5 hours, and now I see why. Very disappointed. 5. Got my interior done and my car looks brand new! Thank you! 6. They detained my 5 year old Jeep with 70,000 miles. WOW, it looks better than new. Definitely worth the price. 7. I had 3 sweet teas and a lemonade dumped on my passenger f... Satisfied is an understatement, I was blown away with the results. My car wasn't even that clean when I bought it brand new. My Siberian Husky unleashes his hair-mageddon in there every time we go for a ride. There was not 1 piece of dog hair, dirt, or dust in the car. Their attention to detail was amazing and they now have a customer for life.
