Both made me feel right at home!2. Dr. Henderson is fantastic. At my first appointment she found the problem with my tooth. It is a completely different story from what my previous and very respected dentist was telling me. She truly is saving my tooth from being unnecessarily pulled. I am eternally grateful, as my teeth have always been my favorite feature to maintain. We are saving money in the end, especially because we are not going to have to do an implant. Do yourself a favor and get a second opinion from Dr Henderson!3. Miriam is always so kind, easy to talk to, and does the best job at cleaning! Especially around my permanent retainer. Dr. Forbes is an absolute GOAT ! Truly can’t thank or recommend this practice enough!4. I went in yesterday for an extraction, ended up being way longer and more difficult than expected (my tooth’s fault!) but Dr. Henderson and her assistant Julie were amazing! They were sooo kind, consistently checking in and making sure I felt comfortable and was okay. They truly made my dentist experience a good one even under the circumstances. Not to mention the team and Dr. Forbes answering all my questions and making sure I was recovering okay. Such a redeemable experience!5. Love this place!! From the time you walk In The office, you are met with warm greetings from the Frontline and then when sitting in the chair there is light and beauty from the thoughtfully procured and decorated lobby. It reminds me I’m not walking into the stereotypical scary dentist. Everyone seems to be happy and content in their jobs which speaks volumes. Dr. Forbes is kind and extremely competent. Now this practice is definitely not the least expensive option however, I would recommend going with them before you have to have something redone/fixed by them that was incompetently done by another dentist’s office. I recently found them during an online Google search for biological dentistry. I drive from Huntsville, AL, to Cool Springs, TN, which is about an hour and 45 minutes one way and it is 1000% worth it!! I only wish I had found them before I had a tooth pulled, and an implant put in by an oral surgeon. I’ve also had several cavities addressed by the dentist I’ve been going to for over 3 years who I completely trusted. Two of the fillings began hurting whenever I would floss or press on the tooth’s surface. Dr. Forbes repaired one of those yesterday. I’ve never had such a great experience with a filling before. My other dentist would give me fluoride after every cavity treatment. Dr. Forbes did not use fluoride in my filling yesterday. The tooth repaired yesterday was one that gave me pain every time I would bite down and floss in between. My Huntsville dentist wanted to open it up and do a sedative filling. It turns out I didn’t need that or the extra fluoride some time after the cavity was filled. The pain was because the repair material had not healed properly with my tooth. Dr. Forbes fixed that yesterday and made it possible for me to bite down with no pain as soon as the anesthesia wore off. He also restored the biting surface of my tooth. My previous dentist had filed the tooth down until it would no longer touch. I can now chew and floss without pain thanks to Dr. Forbes!! I had asked Dr. Forbes to give me his opinion about having my dentist redo the other tooth in question immediately especially since there’s now a large gap between the molars which causes food to get stuck every time I eat. Please note that the cost of the services I received was approximately $2000. I was not told the cost during the appointment so I can only assume it because he adjust.... all further was deleted
