A very close person to me paid USD 4,000 for a migration process that ended up being mishandled and negligent. Communication was virtually nonexistent. Trying to speak directly with the lawyer was impossible. They never showed their face or responded personally. Everything was handled through the secretary, who answered rudely, with a bad attitude, as if you were asking for a favor and not demanding a service for which you paid a considerable sum. They only responded when they wanted, without empathy or professionalism. When we could finally access the case in the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) account - it was a real headache because the secretary said she did not know the password for the myUSCIS account - we discovered that the process was incorrectly done. There were obvious errors that showed lack of care and knowledge in a so delicate procedure. The result was lost money, wasted time, and an experience full of frustration, disappointment, and embarrassment. In the United States migratory issues, one not only invests money, one invests dreams, stability, and the future of their family. I do not recommend this lawyer for any immigration process. The lack of responsibility, communication, and professionalism is alarming. Hopefully, no one else has to go through an experience like this. Today I’m now a US citizen thanks to Mr. Krenis and his team. Very professional and communication is excellent. Highly recommended for your immigration needs. 5.
