I would not use this man... he isn't anything like his advertising says he is... he took $3500 from me, showed up late to court didn't do anything for me... then he didn't make my 3rd court date and didn't even notify me, I found out when I was in court without a lawyer to represent me... so I had to go work a different attorney... and Marcus lipham won't give me any of my money back... I'm going to report him, and fight for my money... SO I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD NOT GO WITH HIM... 6.
