He made sure she received everything she was entitled to and took the time to explain the entire process so she felt informed and supported. I had a consultation with Matt Bolton at the end of January 2025. I spoke on the phone with his assistant Brittany and she also texted me multiple times prior to the consultation. I confirmed with her that this was breach of contract case with a contractor. I provided details to make sure there was no conflict of interest between Mr. Bolton and the contractor. The one hour consultation costs 200 dollars. Mr. Bolton listened attentively and informed me that I "have a case". I know that! This is why I went to see an attorney! He also said that he doesn´t really work on these types of cases and recommended me to try with another lawyer. His assistant had full knowledge of the type of case I was seeking counsel on. I don´t know why she proceeded to book the consultation. If he doesn´t work on that type of case, just tell me that before I spend 200 dollars. It doesn´t make sense at all. It was a waste of time and money. Maybe his assistant doesn´t communicate with him? Or isn´t educated on the work he does? I called around to several offices and had other assistants tell me that it wouldn´t work. I booked the consultation in order to find someone who could help me.
