They did the entire sale through facebook messenger which was great for me, they sent me pictures of their stock, and details about what I was interested in, which was great bc if you're like me and are a visual person, it was perfect. I was able to pay online and schedule the delivery on the day I had off! The delivery was also great experience, and they showed up on time and everything was right everyone was so polite and professional. I love my new appliances and am truly in awe of the ease of this process and their professionalism.2. Awesome people. 3.Willing to help. 4.Troy is a very kind and down to earth guy. I feel like he was very honest about the prices and the quality of the product you are getting. 10/10 would shop again!5.Very kind staff and overall wonderful experience.6.I purchased a set from this place. The dryer didn’t work. I informed the owner. He said he’d have a technician come check it out. It was literally him lmao (a lady showed up 5 min before him). He was pulling up a YouTube video. I’m a HVACR tech so I know power pretty well. I had already checked the power coming in and out. There was 60 volts coming back in on the neutral, basically he showed up watched a video, then blamed my cord. Also tried to charge me 70$ for a diagnosis that I never agreed to pay. when this guy isn’t even anything, not a technician , not an electrician lol. Just a guy who sells dryers with a tool bag and access to YouTube. Any basic electrician or really anyone with common sense knows you’re never supposed to have power coming back on the neutral. That’s why it’s called a neutral. He could’ve even googled it lol. After he blamed my cord and tried arguing. I replaced the cord and it still doesn’t work, I eventually disputed the charges and received a refund. I wouldn’t buy anything from this master tech lmfao, and if you do plug it in and check it yourself.7. Solve my problem in a single text message.8. This place is great to find appliances you need. Maria was so helpful and we would recommend this place to anyone! Their prices are so good too. You can trade in your old appliance and they will give you a credit towards your purchase which is so nice!9.Troy is awesome!
