Kendra would like to introduce all clients to Downtown Smooth Spa and ensure they feel beautiful both inside and out by saying, “Welcome.” Kendra also has the distinction of being Knoxville Tennessee's first Alexandria Professional Sugarist-certified professional. She trains her team to become Sugarists in the best possible way. Kendra also provides her staff with specialized facial and skincare training. She believes in educating her clients about their skin and working closely with them to achieve their individual objectives. Kendra has a passion for singing. She sings whenever she gets the chance. Kendra's husband and daughter are her priorities. Time with her family is Kendra's favorite pastime.
