Customer Complaint Feedback: 1. Terrible customer service. We had higher expectations for TForce Freight. From the minute they accepted the job, they were rude and unhelpful. They wouldn't give an exact time for delivery which made it difficult for our clients to stay around all day. We eventually found out they weren't even close to our destination, so the client had to rush to get there in time. The delivery time was supposed to be from 8-10, but they said they couldn't get there until 12:30, and then didn't show up until 2 pm. This was extremely inconvenient for the customer and stressful for us. Then, to make matters worse, they were very rude. When I called to ask when they would be there I was yelled at and hung up on. It's upsetting because we paid for the delivery hoping to get a good service experience for our clients. We won't be using them again and would never recommend them, especially with so many other companies out there.2. The worst company in the logistics industry. This freight company is the definition of horrible!!!!! I will never use it to ship anything in my life. The service is terrible. They charge you for expedited shipping but the next day there is no update, I have to call them, in which they say the driver has missed the truck and will update it the following day. And they never update that's so bad. The driver who picked our goods is weird and scary. Something should be done with this company. How can I get my shipment back??????? The driver is always very scary. I will never use this company again.3. Customer service sucks, not up to date with the COVID-19 policies or following them! UNUSES this company costs us 2 contracts!!! TRASNPORTS!!! Best friend transport ever they get the job done avoid this company at all costs!!!! They are very rude, and liars. Customer service, in general, is not helpful, rude, n more worried about ur money according to them. Stay away from this company!!!!!!!! Rude and nasty4. Wow! Absolutely horrible company and had the worst experience ever. They don't deliver on time and have an attitude when you ask questions! I ask the lady on the phone, how long it will take my package to be delivered, she yelled at me and said, " I just had to wait okay". No professionalism what so ever here. Stay far away!! this is the worst and should not be in business These negative comments from customers show that they are not happy with the services the company offers.
