Communication was poor throughout the entire process, questions were often answered with "I do this all the time so I don't think to explain it." He was very difficult to get a hold of, and didn't respond in a timely manner. There was a HUGE part of the process that was not explained to me regarding license restoration, and I have been finding out new and more information each week as I try to get my life back on track. Thankfully the court part is over, but our original plan to push out dates had no net positive impact on the degree of the charges or in his advice.
