Customer Feedback Overview: Knight Transportation is a nice clean place looking good from the outside into the lobby 1 bathroom was clean but the other with the shower was not. There was hair and dirt left in the shower and the water barely comes out the shower head. Smh.... Also at the gate why we have to push in codes instead of just using our badges. Attention Swifty!! If coming to this terminal for parking. I repeat you can’t use your id badge and it’s also hard to reach out to some one to let you in and the building By far the worst customer service and worst communication skills I've seen in a very long time. Especially that girl Ashley who I'm assuming is in the recruiting department very rude and abrasive demeanor from the very beginning I had to basically beg her to give me the information I was looking for and that took 6 days of back and forth with this person. I don't know how she has a job at all but these are the type of people you deal with at Knight transportation. Also the accounts/ routes they have here are all bad. touch freight for very low pay. all while having to deal with lazy rude self centered people like Ashley whenever you call so Definitely think twice before signing on with these people and if you do don't say I didn't warn you. 0 stars. Shame on the mess. Be Careful with this company. Their drivers will do hit and runs on the interstate then drive away. Their private insurance company will then tell you that the specific trailer wasn't on the road. Looks pretty much on the road to me. Ridiculous I stopped there this morning to take a shower I've got To say it is The worst shower I have ever taken. The water barely trickled out it kept switching between hot and cold I did manage to get soaked up stuff but my hair feels like it hasn't been rich I just generally still build dirty. It's the same because I used to look forward to stopping at this terminal it was always nice and clean and the showers were nice Not so much anymore
