ArtWorks Foundation

Initially held in 2009, ArtWorks Foundation was born of the WinterArts Holiday Artists Market. As the largest organization in the area, ArtWorks Foundation presents a month-long series in galleries. The company also organizes other art fairs, including Art Paired and Art Squared, as well as trademarked events such as Art2wear and The Great Exposition. WinterArts highlights local talent alongside other initiatives that welcome artists from across the nation. The company will emphasize regional artists. Three-dimensional media include glass, metals, wood, and clay. ArtWorks Foundation remains strongly committed to supporting artists through business and professional livelihood through educational programs. Artists can succeed in their businesses when well versed in marketing, sales techniques, and financial planning. The company also awards Annual Scholarships for Advanced Study Workshops at Fine-Craft Schools. The company also aims to create an endowment for Emergency Relief Grants. The grants are for artists based in the organization’s region who have suffered losses in natural disasters or other catastrophes. The endowment will also be used to support artists' re-entry into their careers. We also seek to construct a Center for Fine-Craft that will cater to studio work and exhibitions.
