AUTO GLASS NOW / SKEWED RATINGS
Auto Glass Now has developed a history of removing honest negative ratings in order to distort the truth about the overall customer experiences. This review, had been deleted and is now being reposted.
My son had his windshield replaced on his 2021 Rubicon at this establishment, only to have the windshield develop a significant crack over 26 inches long 6 days later. Their website states in part " Every replacement comes with a Lifetime Warranty" what they don't tell you is that they refuse to honor their own warranty and that they have actually received 22 " One-Star" reviews out of 40 on the Downers Grove Chamber of Commerce Website. I understand that Jeremy Humphrey, the store manager, was extremely rude and condescending. My son , who happens to be an Air Force veteran and current Police Officer tends to sometimes take it on the chin. I, however, believe that we should stand up for our rights and call out establishments the RIP- OFF the American Consumer. Jeremy should be ashamed of himself and do what's right. I encourage others NOT to do business with Auto Glas Now in Downers Grove. Most appreciate Veterans and their Service to our Country. Auto Glass Now is not one of them. HORRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!
