Bluff City Tattoo is the name of a diverse group of people who have been tattooed, or talked to us about getting a tattoo, or might have had a beer once upon a time. That being said, our story begins with Meredith and Derek.

Meredith and Derek went to visit Virginia, where Brian has been getting more ink. Brian gets Meredith and Brent to meet; he says Brent is great at tattooing.

Brent inked them many times while they crashed in the area. The posse got tight and decided to establish a shop. Brian suggested this to Brent as he traveled. One day, they both phoned Meredith and Derek, and they said they wanted to operate a shop.

The team sounds functional. Brent, the lead guitarist of a "semisuccessful" local band, would do the tattoo art. Meredith, a businessperson from her years at Lumberjack Outfitters, would do the business. Derek says he can fix anything. Meredith is a certified public accountant once a year.
