He has practiced only estate planning, probate law, and trust administration since 2008. Chad earned his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2006. He was licensed to practice law in Tennessee that year and then admitted as an attorney to the Tennessee Supreme Court and United States Tax Court in 2007. Chad is also an Accredited Estate Planner(r) as designated by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
