Cobra Tree Service, founded in 1994, was established by Bill Robinson III, a Memphis-based entrepreneur. Bill also founded Cobra Security in 1980. He is a native and a Commercial Pilot who managed multi-engine aircraft and helicopters for Whirlybird Helicopters from the late sixties to the seventies and eighties. For many corporations, including NBC News and CBS News, he flew helicopters. Together with Cobra Tree Service, Cobra Security still operates.
