Downtown Yoga

At Downtown Yoga, yoga is where you live, a haven where you will be loved unconditionally and inspired to accept yourself in whatever state you find yourself. Our studio is found in Downtown Memphis and we provide online services through Zoom, which permits us to connect from any part of the world. We are a digitally-based community that permits students and mentors to achieve balance, strength, and wellness and motivate each other. Our experienced mentors will help and inspire you, whether you are a novice or have prior experience. This is what the world needs for you.
