Hugh Lawson White Brinkley (Hu. for short) made millions, put Memphis on the map, and connected the railroads. Hu lives in the building he built. He was a mystic who lived in the future. A yogi and ascetic who only wore white, he also dedicated his life to making women healthy. We loved his story and spirit.
