ICC has over the years been recognized as a guide in providing treatment to individuals and families with numerous mental health issues. Our facility is located in the beautiful Midtown Memphis. ICC provides a simple admission process that lets you select the right level and the right length of care for your requirements. The Program ICC staff is trained for co-occurring disorders (substance use disorder as well as a mental disorder). We believe in accepting co-occurring disorders at ICC as the rule, not the exception. At Innovative Counseling and Consulting, Inc., we accept participants and clients with integrity, honesty, hope, excellence, and action. And we receive all, no matter their difficulties or problems. Many clients with symptoms of co-occurring disorders usually have co-occurring disorders. We will look for them. Services that improve the quality of life are offered in the integration of alcohol or drug addiction services with Mental Health and other mental health disorders. ICC is working to create a place with choice and freedom for all individuals. Approach They warmly welcome all individuals who require services, no matter their needs or symptoms. It is based on a “no wrong door” approach to eliminate any barriers that might prevent access to services and care. The organization is a systems-based outreach organization, and you must collaborate with each other to meet individual needs, either directly through our services or by linking clients with community providers that serve the human service community. We believe that everyone should have access to all services available.
