Hello! My name is Tanika Bland, and I am the proud owner of Major Pieces Boutique and Beauty Bar. Because I wear many hats, I am also thought of as the Tennessee Business Lady (Tnbizlady). I also manage Trinity Tax Service and work as a licensed real estate agent. It wasn't easy for me to achieve this since I used to live in a single-parent home. My circumstances motivated me to complete high school and earn a Bachelor of Administration (Information Technology) from the University of Memphis. After high school, I started my career as a corporate executive and finished my Master of Administration (Operations Management) at the University of Arkansas. I launched Major Pieces Boutique in 2013. My first business was very successful; I did this by selling clothes from my car’s trunk. The customers would visit either my home, their workplace, or mine. I have transformed from a salesgirl to an online store and now have a physical store. Our culture is to be bold, funky, stylish, and trendy. We stock major pieces for all sizes, including XS to 3X.
