New Memphis Institute

Memphis is in a serious talent crisis right now. Businesses need talent to prosper; government needs talent to solve problems; our schools need talent to teach kids; our communities need talent to be innovative and push towards a brighter future. New Memphis seeks to redress this imbalance to a more prosperous and vital city. We still need smart, motivated, college-educated people to get to know and choose us. Since they've got to experience Memphis, we've got to retain them too, cultivating a workforce that will serve as the engine for attracting and growing businesses in Memphis, promoting economic development.
