Novel Customer Feedback Highlights. Awesome bookstore with great bar/coffee/restaurant. Very helpfull staff with a huge selection. Very cool bookstore live the atmosphere. This place is a bustling wonderful world where books meet the restaurant vibe. It is a very welcomed change from the normal. Worth the visit. I can't help but pick up on an unwelcome vibe here. I have been here several times because my child loves bookstores and this one is super convenient for our commute. Only once has an employee asked if I needed any help or spoken to me. The workers at the information desk don't even greet me when I walk by. The cashiers always seem pleasant though. I thought this bookstore would be welcoming to all but for me (in my black skin) I'm not so sure. Loved it. I was so excited to pick up my signed copy of Score by Kennedy Ryan from Novel. However, that excitement was short lived once I entered novel to pick up my copy.
