SHED FITNESS - East Memphis SHED Fitness offers personal training and group classes. SHED Group workouts are 50 minutes long. The high-intensity interval training (HIIT) work targets a different muscle group every day. These workouts are 40% strength, 40% cardio, and 20% anaerobic. This will help you burn fat, increase endurance, and build lean muscle. Since this plan comes in the form of a one-on-one training session, it only lasts for 30 minutes.
