Robert Lofton and John Monahan, who Robert referred me to as his installer, of Sun Solar Jonesboro, AR collected $ 8000.00 as a deposit to install a solar system on our house. More than 2.5 months later, they had not even gotten a permit from Bartlett. I informed them that I would not be going forward with the project and requested a refund. To this date, I have received nothing back. They claimed to have experienced installers but later said they were afraid to get on our roof. They wanted to use some roofing guys who had never installed solar panels. Beware folks.

Thank you so much Sun Solar Memphis for helping to complete my dream of being more self sufficient. I love my new system. I have enough power to provide my house 2 times over. I am ecstatic that I now control my power bill.
