A competitive bodybuilder with an excellent track record was my personal trainer. I spoke with the former competitive bodybuilder about his theory, and I decided to try it. I also promised to stick to the healthy eating plan. I don’t know what I heard. It was me meeting a mental milestone where I could see myself doing it and was ready to commit to the sacrifices that had to be made. You understand exactly what I mean because you have had this same experience. I must have been a long time ago when I would start a diet on Mondays. But it wouldn’t be until 10:00 AM. So, I decided to start the diet on Tuesday. Still, I couldn’t see the same for myself while holding a Snickers bar. When I realized that there was a Wednesday lunch that I had planned to have on Thursday, I decided to push the diet until Thursday. On Thursday, I realized that we were so close to Saturday, so I decided to wait until Sunday. When Sunday was approaching, I told myself that it was a weekend. I would start on Monday. Then, Monday would reach, and the trend continued. For some reason, I had a clear picture of when I would make the decision to make this happen, and it would be okay. You can be pleasantly surprised to learn of my strategy for these full weights.
